My name is Zina, and my goal is to raise awareness, provide clarity and empower individuals to take ownership of their health with confidence. Through personalized 1:1 health consultation sessions, I help clients navigate their well-being using a holistic, evidence-based approach, one that considers their unique needs, circumstances, and goals. Together, we create practical, tailored strategies that support meaningful and sustainable health improvements.

Zina's journey through various health settings, from international NGOs to pharmaceutical research and corporate life, across Africa, West Asia and Europe has shaped her with a unique and diverse understanding of the health field.

Zina is a passionate public health practitioner and researcher. She has taken on frontline roles and joined many international organizations such as Doctors Without Borders (MSF), Plan International, Action against Hunger (ACH) and Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ). She has a pharmacy background and holds a Master's degree in Public Health (MPH) majoring Health Promotion from the American University in Beirut (AUB); and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from London School for Business and Finance (LSBF). She is licensed as an Evidence-based Health Practitioner by the National Society of Health Coaches (NSHC).

In addition to being a licensed Evidence-Based Health Practitioner, she currently serves as a Health Behavior Evaluator at Palm Public Consultancies in the United States. In this position, she contributes to advancing evidence-based public health practice by evaluating the effectiveness of health programs and interventions. Her work involves developing evaluation frameworks, designing and conducting surveys, questionnaires and interviews, conducting data analyses, ensuring adherence to ethical research standards, and translating findings into actionable strategies to enhance programs across the states' health departments. Her work covers a broad spectrum of public health priorities including chronic and infectious disease prevention, maternal and child health, tobacco and substance use, and behavioral health promotion.

Previously, she worked as a Clinical Consultant for Beckton Dickson. Her role was to educate healthcare workers and physicians on best practices based on evidence and international guidelines. She ensures accurate delivery of health information in an ethical unbiased form. She conducted more than 100 trainings and workshops for hospitals in the Middle East and North Africa; focusing on Infection Control (IC) as well as occupational safety for healthcare workers and during handling of hazardous drugs.

Throughout her career, Zina has executed several medical documents and studies for many multinational pharmaceutical companies such as Pfizer, Novartis, Eli Lilly, AstraZeneca, Abbott, Merck, Roche, Amgen, Sanofi, NovoNordisk, Bayer, Johnson & Johnson, Takeeda, Mundi Pharma, New Bridge. and many others. Other organizations/academic institutions include but are not limited to Almarai, King Faisal Specialists Hospital, Oncology Center of King Abdullah Medical City, Centre D'etudes Et De Documentation Economiques Juridiques Et Sociales (CEDEJ), American University of Beirut (AUB) and Ain Shams University.

Therapeutic areas tackled in these documents included oncology, gastroenterology, diabetology, neurology, immunology, nephrology, dermatology, cardiology, ophthalmology, hospice and palliative care, rare diseases, nutrition, hematology, respiratory and orthopaedics.

She also participated as “Speaker” in multiple global meetings for the United Nations as well as Global Experts Conferences for Public Health. She also developed and published many health-related writings for raising awareness and promoting health, for both professional and lay audiences. Her passion for ethical, unbiased health health information shines through all her work.

Zina specializes in translating complex medical research into clear, practical insights that people can confidently apply to their daily lives. She is committed to empowering individuals to take charge of their well-being, offering evidence-based guidance amid the confusing headlines and overwhelming amount of health “advice” people encounter every day.
